ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

(1) Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the company activities. (2) Update spreadsheets, online database and inventories with statistical and non-financial information. (3) Prepare quotations, tender documents, invoices, official receipts, payment vouchers and purchase orders. (4) Manage company correspondence by answering phone calls, fax, letters and e-mail. (5) Assist in managing the monthly payroll and schedule for the employees. (6) Prepare project status reports for managers and clients. (7) Communicate with clients and encourage trusting relationships to create long-term client engagement. (8) Create marketing mediums and digital contents to post on the company’s social media accounts. (9) Support the Manager in organising various projects. (10) Other tasks as instructed by the Executives from time to time.
