Description of job offer marketing@administration
- In charge of making artwork on social media or any applicable platform.
- Update social media daily.
- Attend inquiries on socia media and whatsapp, including attending customers in shop.
- Update and record sales and report daily.
- Checking the inventory in shop and making sure shop have enough parts for repairs.
- Take note of customer's order and prepare list for order.
- Sometimes, required to do errands (e.g. settle documents for shop), having a driving license ia an advantage.
Most importantly, this job required teamwork and a good problem-solving skills.
Having basic knowledge on gadgets is an advantage.
12pm - 8.30pm (with 1 hour break given)
Given Saturday half-day (12pm - 4pm) & Sunday off day.
