Marketing/Customer Service Associate

  • Research relevant sources for social media content.
  • Respond to new inquiry in a timely manner.
  • Consistently nurture and follow-up with viable customer to convert into ordering customers.
  • Follow up with existing customers for their feedback and their kitchen usage.
  • Identify products that meet prospective customers’ business needs, schedule sessions when needed.
  • Keep track of regular customers ordering pattern to understand the business and to calculate the best offer for them.
  • Carry out other related tasks as required.


  • Background in Marketing.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) with moderate IT Skills.
  • Highly motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
  • Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Malay.
