Job Description

1) Activities include daily customer interface

2) Influencing buying decision

3) Directing customers through order processes

4) Owning or channeling customer escalations to appropriate resources

5) Understanding and making solution based sales recommendations 

6) Identifying trends within the business

7) The successful candidate must provide good customer experience and will be responsible for handling calls and enquiries from customers through online social media platform 

8) On a daily basis, successful candidates must also make and update marketing content for the companys online social media platform

9) You are also required to make online social media live a miniumum 3x daily per day to promote the company products online
